Eixample, Barcelona · 2025 · Real Estate and Villas
A 440 square metre apartment in a 1919 building designed by the architect Francesc de Paula Nebot. What defines it isn't the scale. It's the light: it reaches almost every room and shifts through the day.
The owner, Ana María Saravia, commissioned the imagery for its sale, with the film as the central piece. So on the first day I didn't film. I spent it watching how light moved through the windows, to choose the hour for each room. The next day I filmed from morning to night, and on the third I photographed following the same path. The film moves the way the apartment does, from one room to the next without abrupt transitions, with a Spanish and English voice-over on what makes it unique.
"What photography holds still, film walks through."

"It has been a true pleasure to work with Humberto of Domum Photography. From the start, he understood with great precision what I needed, and the final result lived up to my expectations exactly. The photographs are excellent: careful, sensitive and perfectly aligned with the concept we were after. The videos and reels stand out not only for their aesthetics, but also for the impeccable choice of music and voices, selected with uncommon judgement and sensitivity. Beyond the creative result, I particularly value his professionalism, his courtesy, his generosity and his strict respect for deadlines. Humberto conveys trust and respect, and a way of working that is deeply human and elegant. Without a doubt, a great professional whom I wholeheartedly recommend."
