A new building in Sitges with nearly eighty apartments run as a single place to stay. Wood, iron and concrete balance without strain, and open staircases let light reach deep inside.

Can Milà commissioned the imagery for its launch in February 2026. I photographed the architecture and filmed short video postcards, shots that don't describe the place but suggest the calm of being in it. Since then I have returned to photograph its apartments one by one, some furnished to a shared standard, others by their own owners. Every visit looks for the same thing: a place with the running of a hotel and the individuality of a lived-in building.
