CASP
Eixample, Barcelona · 2025 · Real Estate and Villas
A 440 square metre apartment in a 1919 building, designed by the Barcelona architect Francesc de Paula Nebot. The spaces are generous, the ceilings high, the decoration minimal. What defines the place, however, is not its scale. It's the light: it reaches almost every room and shifts through the day, drawing different atmospheres at every hour. The plan moves from one room to the next without abrupt transitions, as if the whole apartment had been conceived to be walked through slowly.
